Include which device you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. If a photograph or a record is involved, its inventory number helps.

Replies usually come within two business days.

2 Where your work lives

Your archive is ordinary folders on your own disk, in the location you chose when you first opened the app.

Inside it are your photographs, a readable archive.json catalog file, and spreadsheet copies of your works, exhibitions and contacts.

All of it is legible without this app. If the app is uninstalled, or stops being sold, your archive is still there and still makes sense.

3 Common questions

The app opened empty. It has most likely lost track of your archive folder rather than lost your work. Point it at the folder again and it will offer to restore the catalog from what is on disk.

I bought it on one device. Full Access is a one-time purchase covering Mac, iPad and iPhone. On another device, use Restore Purchase.

My free month ended. The app becomes read-only. Browsing, searching, exporting and backing up all still work — only adding and editing stop.

I want my data out. Export CSVs and PDFs at any time from the Export screen. You never need permission to leave.

4 Privacy

Syncing between your devices is optional. Without an account, nothing leaves the device you are working on.

If you do sign in, your catalog syncs through a private server so the same records appear on your Mac, iPad and phone. Contacts and the sales ledger are not sent unless you switch that on yourself.

Nothing you write and no photograph you file is ever sent to an AI service.

You can close your account from inside the app, which deletes what the server holds. Your folders on disk are untouched.
